Do I Qualify to Order Wholesale?
Please read the important information below before requesting a Wholesale Catalog and Online Wholesale Account.
If you are a consumer please do not request a wholesale catalog or
account as you will not be able to order wholesale and would be wasting
your time filling out the request form. Thank you for your
understanding.
To qualify to order wholesale you must either be a retailer or
use our products in a professional practice. Retailers must have a
Sales/Use Tax Resale Permit or Business License from their
jurisdiction, and must fax or mail a photocopy of license or permit to
the Firozé Nail & Skin Care products Administration fax number or
address listed on the Contact us page within 14 days of placing initial
order for goods. Our fax number is 860 210-0422/ 203 359 6485.
To open an account we require an opening order of $450 and reorder
minimums are $250 for all order placed over the phone. Please note that
wholesale orders must be paid by credit card unless otherwise arranged.
