Both. Firozé Nail & Cuticle Rejuvenating Cream is a healing,
conditioning & rejuvenating cream that, unlike nail polish
hardeners, does not contain any volatile, toxic or drying chemicals.
Since Firozé Nail Care Products are a treatment system, Firozé Nail
& Skin Care Polishes are the only nail varnishes free of Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene and Formaldehyde,
made using some of the worlds most exotic herbs, vitamins and essential
plant oils, including horsetail extract. Therefore, it will nourish and
condition the skin & nails as well as protect them against harsh
outside elements.
It will not dry the surface of the nail. After applying Nail Rejuvenating & Cuticle Cream, just rub it into your hands. Make sure that you also apply the cream to the under side of the nails.
Note:
The Nail Rejuvenating & Cuticle Cream must be used 2 hours before
applying nail polish in order to insure longer lasting manicure.
